Everything you need to know before booking a Next Gen Ballerz football birthday party.
How much is a football birthday party?
The party price is £99 for up to 10 children for a 1½-hour football party. Each additional child is £10.
What does each child receive?
Every child attending the football party receives a medal. The birthday boy or girl also receives a surprise gift from Next Gen Ballerz.
How do I secure a booking?
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. A date is not secured until the deposit has been received.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining party balance is payable on arrival at the party.
Who books the venue?
Parents are responsible for choosing, booking and paying for a suitable venue. Next Gen Ballerz does not book the venue. Our coaches will arrive before the party to set up the football equipment and prepare the activities.
Do you provide food, drinks or birthday cake?
No. Next Gen Ballerz does not provide food, drinks or birthday cake. Parents should arrange these separately with the venue or themselves if required.
What do Next Gen Ballerz provide?
We provide the coaches, structured football games, skills challenges, competitions and the football equipment required for the coaching activities. We also provide medals for all attendees and a surprise gift for the birthday child.
How long is the party?
The football party lasts 1½ hours.
What happens if more than 10 children attend?
The £99 package covers up to 10 children. Additional children are charged at £10 per child.
Do the children need to be experienced footballers?
No. Activities can be adapted to suit the age and football experience of the group so everyone can get involved and enjoy the party.
When do the coaches arrive?
Our coaches arrive before the agreed party start time so they can set up the football equipment and have the activities ready before the children begin.
